Physical examinations are required for entrance into the Avon School District.
In addition to this requirement, parents are encouraged to submit subsequent examinations at least once during each of the student's developmental stages as outlined below:
Early Childhood (preschool through grade three)
Preadolescence (grade four through six )
Adolescence (grade seven through twelve)
