    Mission Statement
    The mission of the Avon School S.W.A.T. Team is to promote student leadership training, improve technological competencies, provide outreach and support to the community through volunteer service, and to establish values that provide thoughtful contributions to society.
     
    Team members work to accomplish this mission by providing classmates, faculty, family, and their community with improved technology proficiency.
     
     
    Task Force Team (TFT) Opportunities
    The S.W.A.T. Team consists of specialized "Task Force Teams" who address specific objectives and technology goals.

     

    • Special Event: Coordinating and/or documenting curricular and co-curricular events
    • Post Production: Compiling, editing, presenting curricular and co-curricular events
    • Pathfinder: Technology assistance and/or internet pathfinding for teachers and students
    • Web Master: School website design and maintenance
    • Mobile Unit: School hardware maintenance and community technical proficiency outreach
