• The officers of the chapter shall be President(s), Vice President, Secretary(s), Reporter(s),Webmaster(s), and Public Relations.

    Co-Presidents:

    • Serves as liaison between the adviser(s) and the members

    • Shall work with the chapter advisor to organize NJHS activities, fundraisers, and projects

    • Plans meeting agendas with the adviser(s)

    • Helps adviser appoint special committee

    • Think of ways we can help our society

    • Getting crafts together for certain activities

    • Work on ways to get the word around, like flyers and posters

    • Helps direct overall meetings


    Vice President:

    • Helps the president with meetings and will help to keep general order

    • Vice can help other committees/oversees all committees operations

    • Assists president of the activities of the chapter

    • Being the contact and go-to person

    • Takes member attendance at the meetings

    • Creates NJHS calendar and dates for meetings and activities

    Secretaries: they will divide the responsibilities of this office

    • Shall work together to complete all of the tasks of this office

    • Responsible for recording, typing up the minutes of each meeting, submitting them to the adviser(s) for approval and then distributing a copy of the minutes to each member

    • Oversee the creation of poster for NJHS functions, fundraisers, and activities

    • Assist the adviser(s) with sending information to chapter members

    • Responsible for written correspondence to and from the chapter

    Public Relations:

    Chairperson and Committee:

    • Responsible to produce and distribute meeting agendas

    • Responsible for handing out and collecting student permission slips

    Photography Team:

    • Responsible for getting the photos and updating the NJHS bulletin board and getting the photos to the webmaster

    Flyer Advertisers:

    • Responsible for creating flyers for upcoming events

    • Responsible for getting them to the teachers

    • Creating and giving the information to the webmaster

    • Create morning announcements about the upcoming events

    • Reporters :

    • Takes pictures of fundraisers and events and provides sponsors with pictures.
    • Reports on upcoming events, communicates with adviser and creates quarterly newsletter .
    • Updates schedule of meetings and events on Google calendar.
    • Creates an annual scrapbook

     

    Webmasters:

    • Responsible for updating the website and posting photos and flyers from events
