My goal is to support both teachers and students to help implement the math program and the NJ curriculum standards. I use a data-based approach to diagnose and monitor student progress. I use on-going data collection to actively monitor and adjust student learning plans throughout the year. Most importantly, I work with the classroom teachers to help reinforce math concepts and build math fluency through small group instruction.
