Avon Elementary School recently welcomed families and community members to its annual Spring Art Show, a spectacular showcase of student creativity led by art teacher Mrs. Kristin Stefankiewicz. This year’s nautical-themed exhibit transformed our ground floor into an immersive seaside experience filled with imagination, color, and innovation.

One of the highlights of the evening was the art room itself, which Mrs. Stefankiewicz transformed into an “under the sea” experience using black lights and glowing student artwork that mimicked the beauty and mystery of the ocean depths. Guests also admired unique nautical flag-inspired art pieces created by students across grade levels, each demonstrating creativity, craftsmanship, and artistic expression.

The Spring Art Show celebrated not only the incredible talents of Avon Elementary students, but also the dedication and vision of Mrs. Stefankiewicz, whose passion for the arts created an unforgettable evening for the entire school community.
