Grades K-8

Tuition applications will be accepted beginning in January with a deadline of mid-February but will continue to be accepted while seats remain available. Avon Residents will be given priority over Non-Residents. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. The application process includes an academic screening to ensure students are at grade level. 

Complete and submit the following documents to the Avon School Main Office (or via email to nrose@avonschool.com)

1. Birth Certificate
2. Student Registration Form
3. $150 Non-Refundable Application Fee
4. Home Language Survey
5. Health Forms
   1. Health Consent Form
   2. Health Questionnaire Form
   3. Physical Examination Form (Universal Child Health Record)
