Application Process
Application Process:
Preschool Tuition applications will be accepted beginning in January with a deadline mid February. If more applications than open seats are received, a lottery will be held. Avon Residents will be given priority over Non-Residents. If seats remain open after the lottery, applications will continue to be accepted until seats are filled.
Complete and submit the following documents to the Avon School Main Office (or via email to nrose@avonschool.com)
- Birth Certificate
- Student Registration Form
- $150 Non-Refundable Application Fee
- If Avon Resident: Section II: Registration, Items 2-5 (must be submitted with Registration Forms)
- Home Language Survey
- Health Forms
- Health Consent Form
- Health Questionnaire Form
- Physical Examination Form (Universal Child Health Record)
