District Goals

Goal #1: By the end of the 2025–2026 school year, the District will accelerate progress toward the priorities outlined in the Strategic Plan by strengthening leadership collaboration, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and engaging stakeholders across the community to ensure continuous improvement in student achievement, culture, and operational excellence.

Goal #2 By the end of the 2025-2026 school year, the district will build and sustain open, transparent, and inclusive communication with all stakeholders. The district will implement a variety of communication initiatives, including two-way family communications, a digital communication strategy, community newsletters, and consistent branding to foster stronger partnerships with the community.

Goal #3: By the end of the 2025–2026 school year, the district will enhance its use of data to support student learning by evaluating the effectiveness of district-wide diagnostic tools in measuring academic growth. This evaluation will inform actionable recommendations for the 2026–2027 school year and guide resource allocation through the annual budget development process, ensuring alignment with instructional priorities and continuous improvement efforts.
